Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the WBBB-FM VIP Program (“Service”) operated by SoCast Inc. (“SoCast”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on behalf of WBBB-FM (the “Broadcaster”). By registering for or participating in the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the ServiceThe Service allows registered users to earn points (“Points”) by participating in designated activities. Points can be redeemed for rewards (“Rewards”) subject to availability and eligibility criteria. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    
2. Eligibility2.1 Open only to natural persons aged 13 years or older.2.2 Must reside in the legal broadcasting territory of the Broadcaster (e.g., U.S. or Canada).2.3 Employees of SoCast, the Broadcaster, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.2.4 Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain parental or guardian consent.
    
3. Membership Registration3.1 You must provide true, current, complete, and accurate information when registering.3.2 Only one account per person and no more than two accounts per household are permitted.3.3 Disposable or temporary email addresses are prohibited.3.4 Misrepresentation of eligibility information may result in account termination.
    
4. Account Security4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.4.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
    
5. Earning Points5.1 Points may be earned by:5.1.1 Completing surveys or promotions.5.1.2 Participating in streaming, trivia, or other designated activities.5.1.3 Visiting retail partners or affiliate websites.
    
   Points may be adjusted or revoked for error correction, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
    
6. Redeeming Rewards6.1 Rewards are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.6.2 Some Rewards may be geographically restricted.6.3 Taxes, shipping costs, and any other associated expenses are the responsibility of the user.6.4 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
    
7. Sweepstakes, Auctions, and Games7.1 Participation in sweepstakes and auctions requires Points.7.2 Offline participation (mail-in entries) will be made available upon request.7.3 Rules for each sweepstakes or auction will be provided separately and must be accepted to participate.
    
8. Fraud Prevention and Abuse8.1 The following are prohibited:8.1.1 Sharing account credentials, codes, or answers.8.1.2 Using automated bots, scripts, or other means to fraudulently accrue Points.8.1.3 Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.8.2 Violations may result in account suspension, Points forfeiture, disqualification from the Service, and possible legal action.
    
9. Termination of Participation9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for:9.1.1 Violation of these Terms.9.1.2 Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.9.1.3 Providing false registration information.9.2 Upon termination, all accumulated Points are forfeited.
    
10. Limitation of Liability10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law:10.1.1 We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Service.10.1.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed your actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the Service.
     
11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoCast Inc., the Broadcaster, and their affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
     
12. Governing Law12.1 For U.S. users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.12.2 For Canadian users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
     
13. Modifications to the ServiceWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, Points structure, or available Rewards at any time without prior notice.
     
14. CommunicationsBy registering for the Service, you consent to receive communications regarding your account, promotions, contests, and updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time following the instructions provided in such communications.
     
15. PrivacyYour participation in the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
