This Privacy Policy describes how SoCast Inc. ("SoCast," "we," "our," or "us"), on behalf of WBBB-FM (the "Broadcaster"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your Personal Information when you participate in the WBBB-FM VIP program ("Site" or "Service").

Your privacy is important to us. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your Personal Information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Service.

Children's Privacy6.1 We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.6.1.1 Any false registration from a minor will be void and deleted.6.1.2 If we become aware that we collected information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).6.2 Participation is generally restricted to users aged 13 and older.
